The blade is made of high-carbon PM steel (66+ HRC hardness, 1.1 mm thickness) with a pre-curved 25 m radius and an oval cross-section (9 m radius). The shaft is made of 7000 series aluminum alloy (0.77 mm thickness) and is also pre-curved.
